Quotation: Price is based on the price of cst 180 + a premium of USD 2 to USD 12/mt. The  premium will be set latest 10 days before laycan of the carrying vessel. Please note that cargo is  cst 380 but for price, the price of cst 180 + a premium will be considered (as published in Platt for  Persian gulf). The average of prices on the loading day, one day before and one day after will be  the final price for loaded goods.
